Installation and License Activation Guide

Introduction

This guide explains how to install Gravity Geolocation and activate its license for use with Gravity Forms.

Note: A valid, active license unlocks the plugin settings and provides updates and support. An expired license allows the installed plugin to continue running, but it does not provide updates or support.

Installing Gravity Geolocation

  1. Download the plugin ZIP from the Downloads area of your account.
  2. In WordPress, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin.
  3. Select Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP file, and select Install Now.
  4. When installation finishes, select Activate Plugin.
  5. Confirm that Gravity Forms is installed and active.

Activating Your Gravity Geolocation License Key

  1. Go to Forms > Settings > Gravity Geolocation.
  2. Copy your license key from the License Keys area of your account.
  3. Paste the key into License Key and select Activate License.
  4. Confirm that the license status changes to active.

Understanding License Statuses

1. Active

The plugin features and settings are available, and the license provides updates and support.

2. Expired

The installed plugin can continue running, but updates and support are unavailable until the license is renewed.

3. Inactive or Invalid

Gravity Geolocation settings remain locked until a valid license is activated. Recheck the key, its site activation, and your account status.

4. Disabled or Revoked

The license no longer authorizes the plugin. Review the license in your account or contact support.
