Do I need Gravity Forms Plugin

Yes. Gravity Geolocation is an extension for the Gravity Forms plugin and it will not work without it. You can purchase your own copy of Gravity Forms from here.

Do I need a Google Maps API key

How long a license will be valid after purchase?
Except for the Lifetime plan, all licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Will I receive updates for the plugin?

Yes, automatic updates and access to manually download the plugin’s files are available for as long as a license key is valid.

Will you help me solve a problem I might have with the plugin?

Will the plugin stop working if its license expires?

Absolutely not! The plugin will still work after its license is expired. However, a valid license key is required for access to updates and support.

Can I resale or distribute the purchased extensions/license keys?

No, you are not allowed to do so. Depends on the number of activations your license provides, you are allowed to activate and use the plugin on your sites or your clients’ sites only. Distribution of the source files as a whole or as parts are NOT PERMITTED.

Can I transfer my license in the future?

No, license keys are not-transferable. The license is attached to specific payment and a specific user in the system and it is impossible to transfer it. To transfer a license you will need to transfer your account in GEO my WP and it is your responsibility to remove any sensitive information from the account before you transfer the ownership.

Should I renew my license?
If you want to keep your access to support and updates of the extensions, then yes. Support and updates are available for as long as your license is valid.
Can I upgrade my license in the future?

Yes, you can easily upgrade your license at any time from your account page.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.

To prevent any future inconvenience please read carefully our refund policy before making a purchase.

Please understand that when purchasing a plugin you do not purchase a physical item, which can be retuned, rather you download a digital software. Our refund policy below is limited to prevent the abuse of our licensing system and/or our digital products.

We will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided.

Refund CAN only be granted if the plugin is not working as described or if it has issues that we cannot solve.

Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have. Refund will not be granted if you simply implying that the plugin is not working without showing us the issue on a live site and allowing us to try and solve it for you. You can report any issues you might have by opening a support ticket. We will try to solve the issues by pointing you to the right direction or by accessing the back-end of your site.

Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
