By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms and policies of both the selected payment provider and GEO my WP’s payment processing system.

4. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal

Certain plans are subscription-based and renew automatically on an annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, access to premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will apply.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases for Gravity Geolocation are processed through GEO my WP. We offer a 14-day refund policy on all purchases. To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds apply only to first-time purchases and do not cover renewals, custom development, or extended support services.

6. Product Warranties

We guarantee that:

  • Digital Products: Will function as described and be free of defects.
  • Services: Will be performed professionally and in a timely manner.
