14-Day Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products or services, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. We will cancel your subscription and refund 100% of your payment (see exceptions below).
Refund Conditions
- Deactivate the License Key: Ensure the license key is deactivated from your account.
- Remove the Plugin: Delete the plugin from your site.
By requesting a refund, you agree to deactivate the license key and remove the plugin. Using our plugins without a valid license key violates our terms and conditions and this refund policy.
If you reactivate and use the plugin after a refund, we will assume you wish to continue using the product. In such cases, we reserve the right to reinstate your subscription and charge you accordingly.
One-Time Refund Per Product
We allow you 14 days to test our plugins and request a refund if they are not right for you. However, once we provide a refund for a specific product, you will not be eligible for a refund if you purchase that product again in the future.
Renewals
Renewals are eligible for a refund within 1 week of the renewal date, with a 5% transaction fee deducted from the refund amount. We send two reminders prior to processing payment and your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the payment is processed. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account page.
